Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates Reit said that the overall asset value reached $474 million (AED 1.7 billion) in May; $1.58 per share, according to a recent statement.
The investment portfolio amounted to $696.62 million (AED 2.6 billion) in May 2016.
During the first quarter, Emirates Reit which is listed on Nasdaq Dubai said that its real estate investment portfolio increased by 24.3% to reach $11.73 million.
