Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance announced that it has sold the fractional shares resulted from reducing the company's capital.
The company sold 1,760 shares at a value of SAR 22,170, with an average price reached SAR 12.63 per share.
The yield of the shares' sale was deposited in the shareholders' accounts as of Thursday, 17 November, 2016. Bank Aljazira will deposit the sums directly to the shareholders' investment accounts, according to a bourse filing.
The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved the company’s capital decrease from SAR 400 million to SAR 200 million.
