Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a positive performance on Sunday, backed by the rise of energy and banks stocks.
The general index rose 0.32% or 14.15 points to reach 4,410.50 points.
The market saw trading of 116.4 million shares through 836 transactions, with a turnover of AED 133.68 million.
The energy sector increased 1.86% as TAQA and Dana Gas went up 4% and 1.45%, respectively.
The banks sector grew 0.43% after Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and First Abu Dhabi Bank advanced 1.42% and 0.49%, respectively.
On the other hand, the real estate sector fell 0.13% as Manazel Real Estate and Eshraq Properties decreased 1.92% and 1.06%, respectively.
