Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index opened Sunday and the week on a marginally low note.
By 11:30 am UAE time, the general index slipped 0.10% or 4.51 points to 4,497.26 points.
The energy sector led losers, falling 1.75% after Abu Dhabi National Energy Co (TAQA) and Dana Gas dropped 3.7% and 1.37%, respectively.
The telecom sector and its stock Etisalat shed 0.6% each.
Turnover amounted to AED 72.55 million after 53.75 million shares changed hands through 580 transactions.
