Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Arabian Company for Agricultural and Industrial Investment (Entaj) recommended cash dividends valued at SAR 15 million for 2024.
Entaj will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share, representing 5% of the share’s nominal value, as per a bourse statement.
Meanwhile, the distribution date will be disclosed at a later time.
In February, Entaj set the final price for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) at SAR 50 per share after the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved its offering during September 2024.
