Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties has sealed an agreement for divesting its entire 4.55% stake in the capital of Ward Holdings, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.
Eshraq will divest its equity in Ward, which is subject to the laws of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), for a total value of AED 68 million.
