Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties brought down its losses by 69% in the third quarter of 2016.
The UAE developer posted AED 850,530 in losses for Q3 – 2016, compared with AED 2.72 million a year earlier.
The company’s revenues stood at AED 6.37 million for Q3 – 2016, down 37% from AED 4.65 million for the same period of the previous year.
As for the first nine months of 2016, the company registered a decline of 40% in its net loss as it reached AED 5.37 million compared with AED 8.49 million for the same period of the previous year.
