Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties on Monday said it completed the registration of apartments in Burj Daman in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The company obtained the registration certificates from the DIFC, according to a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The UAE-based properties firm will implement all legal procedures to claim all its incurred losses that resulted from delaying the transfer of ownership and delivery of apartments.
In the first half of 2015, Eshraq Properties had paid AED 266.6 million to purchase 58 residential units to operate them as hotel apartments in a tower in the DIFC area.
