Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties obtained the approval of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) for the pre-concept of its Gateway project, according to a statement.
The property developer gave a nod to increase the maximum height of the buildings to be developed on the project’s plots in Sas Al Nakheel area to ground floor plus seven floors.
UPC had previously decreased on 16 May and 8 June 2016 the maximum heights of the buildings to be developed on the plots to ground floor plus four floors.
The company’s stock rose 1.6% to AED 0.95 by 12:15 am UAE time, generating AED 9.9 million from the exchange of 10 million shares.
