Eshraq’s Chairman, board members resign

Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Eshraq Properties said that Saleh Mohamed bin Nasra resigned from his position as the company’s chairman for personal reasons, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

The statement added that Jamal Hamad Al-Saghir resigned from his place as the managing director, and Yasser Hamad Al-Saghir and Yacoub Ali Saeed Alnaqbi also submitted their resgination from the board.

The board did not decide on the chairman’s resignation in its meeting on 23 December.

The company’s stock topped gainers after adding 13.64% to AED 0.50 by 1:15pm UAE time.

The real sector rose 3.42%, pushing the general index to gain 1.42%.
