Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 8 June to elect three new board members.
The new members will remain until the current board’s management time ends, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
In case of lack of quorum, Eshraq will reschedule the shareholders’ meeting to 14 June.
