Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties’ board announced on Sunday its investment in a real estate project in Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay, according to a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The board agreed to hire Suwedi and Shams Contracting Company LLC as the main contractor of the Marina Rise project, which is located in Al-Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, with a funding plan of AED 144 million.
