Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties said its board ratified the sale of its shares in Ward Holdings, according to a statement.
The company approved vesting the power of attorney to the vice chairman and/or another board member to sign on behalf of Eshraq on the Terra shares acquisition agreement.
Eshraq gave a nod to the opening of a branch or a sister company in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
