Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties said its board decided to terminate the works contract with Intermass for the construction of three towers in Jumeirah Village Circle due to economic reasons, according to a statement.
The board resolved on investing in the Goldilocks fund and vesting authorities to the general manager for the same.
The company is searching for investment opportunities in hotels and hotel apartments in Dubai.
The board set the shareholders’ meeting on 10 April to discuss the company's financial statements for fiscal year 2016.
