Mubasher: Eskan Bank - Bahrain has signed an agreement with Al Salam Bank - Bahrain to implement the joint mortgage programme, as part of its efforts to develop the mortgage solutions and fulfill customer needs.
The programme, launched for the first time in the bank’s history, enables the private financial institutions to offer supporting finance to those benefiting from the government mortgage services, without the need to offer additional guaranty.
To get financing, customers should complete the legal procedures and apply the financing eligibility standards.
