Eskan Bank has signed an agreement on Monday with Al Baraka Bank for building 200 villas in Jannusan, Bahrain.
The project, Danaat AlBaraka, is worth BHD 17 million and has duration period of 30 months, according to Bahrain news Agency.
Eskan Properties Company, the subsidiary of Eskan Bank, will operate the construction works of the project.
Tenders for development works are expected to be announced soon, while construction works of the project are estimated to launch in the second quarter of 2016.
