Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Etihad Airways announced ending talks with TUI Group regarding a potential joint venture (JV) includes creating holiday airline.
The Emirati airlines said it had not been able to reach agreement after months of negotiations, adding that the leisure operations of Air Berlin group would continue to operate as a separate business unit.
"Further details of this structure will be announced in due course by Air Berlin," Etihad said in a statement.
