Etihad Airways suspends flights to Tehran in January

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Etihad Airways will scrap flights from Abu Dhabi to Tehran starting from 25 December to be cancelled on 24 January.

Flights to Tehran will be adjusted to two flights from five flights a week between 25 December 2017 and 23 January 2018, the airline said in a statement.

"The airline regrets any inconvenience that this change will cause to guests with existing bookings," the company added.

Guests, who hold bookings for travel up to 23 January 2018, change will be rebooked with an alternative travel date, which will be subjected to seat availability, or they will be given the choice to be fully refunded.

Guests holding bookings from 24 January 2018 will be offered a full refund, Etihad Airways stressed.
