Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Thursday in the red, weighed by its blue chips Etisalat, Aldar Properties, and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB).
The general index shed 0.8% or 35.72 points and closed the session at 4,431.71 points.
Turnover on the ADX amounted to AED 79.5 million after 30.76 million shares changed hands through 761 transactions.
Etisalat led blue-chip decliners, falling 2.15%, while Aldar Properties lost 0.95% and FAB shed 0.87%.
Manazel Real Estate’s stock led in terms of volume with 8.99 million shares exchanged, while Etisalat was the value leader with AED 20.38 million.
