Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance on Sunday, weighed down by the decline of blue chips topped by Etisalat and First Abu Dhabi Bank.
The general index sank 0.24% or 10.94 points to reach 4,570.36 points.
The market saw trading of 63.81 million shares through 898 transactions, with a turnover of AED 81.91 million.
The telecom sector led losers with a 0.57% decline as Etisalat went down 0.57%.
The banks sector sank 0.17% as First Abu Dhabi Bank retreated 0.44%.
On the other hand, the energy sector rose 1.40% after TAQA added 5.26%.
