Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Etisalat Group and Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) have inked on Monday, 27 February, a technical services and support agreement (TSSA), according to a bourse statement.
The five-year agreement is subject to the approval of Mobily’s shareholders at their coming general meeting.
Under the deal, Mobily will benefit from Etisalat’s experience and resources to achieve operational excellence and support its business growth.
