Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a positive performance in Tuesday’s early trades, according to a bourse statement.
The general index advanced 0.2% or 7.12 points to reach 4,372.21 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The market’s gains were mainly backed by Etisalat which was the only gainer with a 0.8% rise.
On the flipside, the consumer staples sector was the worst performer after falling 2.16% due to a decline in Agthia Group.
The energy sector decreased 1.4% as Dana Gas fell 1.8%.
Turnover reached AED 886,770 after trading 597,650 shares through 28 transactions.
