Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADX) witnessed losses in Monday’s early trades, in line with the decline of five stocks led by Etisalat.
The main index retreated 0.14% or 6.48 points to reach 4,520.58 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The telecom sector was the worst performer after declining 0.5%, pressured down by Etisalat which slid 0.5%.
The banks sector also went down 0.07% as National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) retreated 0.42% and 0.3% respectively.
The market saw trading of 3.9 million shares through 79 transactions, with a turnover of 79 transactions.
