Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: UAE telecom services provider Etisalat completed the necessary requirements to change the name and legal form of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation to public joint stock company registered with the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The telecom operator will be known as Emirate Telecommunications Group Company.
