Mubasher: European stock markets saw a negative performance on Friday.
The German DAX index fell 0.27% or 29.41 points to 10,713.43 points.
The French CAC index levelled down 0.08% or 3.76 points to close at 4,500.19 points
On the flipside, Britain’s FTSE 100 index rose 0.02% or 1.31 points to reach 6,916.02 points.
US producer price index dropped 0.4% in July, recording its lowest level since September 2015. Meanwhile, retail sales were unexpectedly flat in the same month as Americans cut back on purchases.
