At 8:15GMT, FTSEurofirst 300 index rose 0.1%, and EURO STOXX 50 moved 0.5% higher.
U.K.'s FTSE gained 0.94% and France's CAC advanced 1.5%. Meanwhile, German's DAX dropped 94 points or 0.9%.
