Mubasher: European stocks opened Friday’s trading session in the green zone, ahead of G7 summit with leaders of the world's major economies.
The Stoxx Europe 600 index fell 0.4% to reach 390.7 points by 8:20am GMT.
The German DAX index declined 0.3% to 12,585.9 points, while the French CAC index retreated 0.4% to reach 5,316.4 points.
Britain’s FTSE 100 index sank 0.01% to 7,517.07 points.
