Cairo-Mubasher: European stocks opened Tuesday in the negative territory, hurt by low oil prices.
At 8:15GMT, FTSEurofirst 300 Index dropped 0.1%, while EURO STOXX 60 index fell around 0.08%.
German's DAX ended 0.6% lower and France's CAC shed 0.35%.
Meanwhile, U.K.'s FTSE moved 0.02% lower.
