European stocks open on a lower note

Mubasher: European share indices opened Thursday’s session on a lower note, dragged by losses of U.S. and Asian equity markets, along with posting of corporate financial results.

STOXX-600 fell by 0.3% to 339 points, while France’s CAC slipped by 0.3% to 4,368 points.

Germany’s DAX also dipped by 0.4% to 9,844 points.

Japanese and Chinese stock markets were down due to the decline of U.S. stocks yesterday.
