Dubai – Mubasher: The construction of the second phase of the Expo 2020 area is on track and expected to be completed by the end of 2018, the project’s vice president of real estate and delivery Ahmed Al-Khatib said.
The megaproject’s metro station is too “starting to take shape” with the viaduct already completed as well.
“It is really happening right now – Expo 2020 Dubai is no longer just an idea or a promise. It is a reality,” Al-Khatib remarked.
Expo 2020 is scheduled to take place from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021 and is expected to attract 25 million visits from all over the globe.
