Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Customs announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Expo 2020 Dubai exhibition to facilitate import procedures into the UAE for exhibition participants, according to a statement.
The participants’ goods will be part of the “temporary entry” system, exempting them from customs, Dubai Customs said.
The participants will also benefit from the customs exemptions on received goods under the GCC customs tariff.
Expo 2020 will take place in Dubai from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021.
