Mubasher: Eyas for Higher and Technical Education achieved a rise of 8.3% in profits in the second quarter ended on 28 February 2017, as compared to the same period of 2016.
Earnings increased to KWD 1.56 million ($5.1 million) in Q2-17 from KWD 1.44 million ($4.7 million) in Q2-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
During the first half ended on 28 February 2017, Eyas’ profits grew 9.6% to KWD 3.43 million from KWD 3.13 million in the corresponding period of 2015.
At the stock level, Eyas closed Thursday’s session at 400 fils.
