Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that Eyas for Higher and Technical Education will withdraw from the stock market on Thursday, 28 September 2017.
The Boursa noted that the period during which Eyas’s stock was suspended from trading will be added to the withdrawal date, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.
Early this week, Eyas clarified that holding its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in October will not affect the date of withdrawing from Boursa Kuwait.
The Kuwaiti company is listed on the stock market under the consumer services segment, with a capital standing at KWD 12.13 million that is distributed on 121.3 million shares.
