Doha – Mubasher: Qatari Investors Group said Thursday that it has won a judgment in its favour in the lawsuit filed by Ezdan Holding Group and its subsidiaries against the group.
Ezdan and its subsidiaries requested to cancel the resolution of the extraordinary general meeting held of 12 April.
The court compelled the plaintiffs to pay all expenses, according to a bourse filing.
