Cairo – Mubasher: Ezz Steel said Wednesday that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 14 June to discuss the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s consolidated net profit for FY16 reached EGP 560.15 million, against losses worth EGP 603.3 million for FY15.
By 10:17 am Cairo time, the stock rose 0.52% to EGP 19.45.
