Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance in Tuesday’s early trades, pressured down by the fall of six stocks led by First Gulf Bank (FGB) and Aldar Properties.
The main index went down 0.07% or 3.30 points to reach 4,479.16 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The real estate sector led losers after declining 0.45%, dragged down by the fall of First Gulf Bank (FGB) by 0.42%. The banks sector slid 0.17% as Aldar Properties decreased 0.38%.
On the flipside, the energy sector grew 1.38% due to a rise in Dana Gas by 0.25%.
Similarly, the telecom sector increased 0.25% as Etisalat advanced 0.25%. Turnover stood at AED 7.87 million after trading 7.31 million shares through 102 transactions.
