Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance on Tuesday morning, pressured by heavyweight First Gulf Bank (FGB).
The general index lost 112.5 points to reach 4,386.05 points by 11:15am UAE time.
The banks sector fell 5.09% after FGB retreated 9.4%.
The energy sector declined 1.53% as Dana Gas levelled down 1.9%.
On the flipside, the telecom sector rose 1.1% due to an increase in Etisalat by 1.1%.
The real estate sector added 0.14% as Eshraq Properties advanced 1.3%.
Turnover reached AED 69.44 million after 38.44 million shares were traded.
