Riyadh – Mubasher: Filing and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (FIPCO) announced Thursday that its seventh extraordinary general meeting was not held yesterday due to incomplete quorum.
Thus, the meeting was postponed to a later date that will be set later.
The company noted that shareholders of record till the close of trading on the date of the new meeting will be entitled to receive the cash dividends.
