Riyadh – Mubasher: Filing and Packing Materials Manufacturing Company’s board of directors proposed the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 0.5 per share (5% of the share’s nominal value) for the fiscal year 2016, totalling SAR 11.5 million.
The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered by the end of trading on the date due to be set for general meeting, according to a bourse statement released on Tuesday.
The stock closed Monday’s trading with a rise of 0.19% to SAR 37.33.
