Cairo - Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt has approved raising the bank’s capital to $366.83 million, according to a bourse filing.
The bank said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) that the EGM approved raising the bank’s capital from $356.14 million to $366.83 million.
It is worth noting that the EGM was delayed from 15 June to 13 July, as the general assembly did not have a quorum.
