Falconcity of Wonders’ Dubai homes to be delivered in Q3-21

Dubai – Mubasher: Falconcity of Wonders on Sunday announced that homes at its Eastern Residences project are slated for completion in the third quarter of 2021.

The project spanning an area of 42 square kilometres features miniatures of the seven wonders of the world, a theme park, shops, restaurants, and leisure amenities, added to 30,000 residential units, the company said in a statement.

The Eastern Residences’ five- and six-bedroom villas are set to be built by September 2021, the developer highlighted, noting that over 80% of the first batch of villas in development has been sold.

In the event of project delays, buyers will receive an annual payment of around $40,000 (AED 150,000), the company added.

“The design and layout of Eastern Residence villas are not defined or limited by commercial boundaries and are much closer to the actual needs and requirements of the future residents,” commented Falconcity of Wonders chairman and general manager Salem Almoosa.

He added that his company had considered various actual living scenarios for families that would be living in these units, indicating that the value proposition was reflected on all aspects.

“The villas boast a built-up area of between 298 square metres and 425 square metres, the LEED Gold Eastern Residences villas come with three shaded car park spaces, solar water heaters, and large backyards with space for building a swimming pool or landscaping,” Falconcity of Wonders concluded.
