Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Finance House’s board recommended 10% cash dividends for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
The recommended dividends stand at 10 fils per share or a total of AED 31.01 million ($8.4 million).
Shareholders will hold their meeting on 18 April to discuss the proposed dividends.
The financier’s stock remained unchanged at AED 1.91 by 11:56am UAE time.
