Mubasher: The MSM 30 index of the Muscat Securities Market fell at Tuesday’s close by 0.25% or 14.51 points to the level of 5,714.87 points.
Trading volume increased to 14.14 million shares from 12.91 million shares exchanged on Monday, turnover also rose to OMR 3.62 million from OMR 2.84 million.
The financial and services sectors retreated 0.33% and 0.12% respectively, whereas the industrial sector advanced 0.34%.
Ahli Bank, down 4.15%, was the worst performing stock, while Al Maha Ceramic led the green list by adding 2.1%.
Bank Muscat made the highest turnover of OMR 944,030.
