Cairo – Mubasher: Premiere Holding has set the fair value (FV) of Arabia Investments Holding at EGP 0.74 per share using the adjusted book value approach.
The independent financial advisor has also set the fair value of the shareholders’ equity at EGP 355.15 million, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Wednesday.
Previously, Arabia Investments Holding’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved raising the company's issued and paid-up capital by EGP 288.33 million.
In addition, Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) agreed in principle to increase Arabia Investments Holding’s capital to EGP 432.5 million from EGP 144.17 million.
During the first half of 2019, Arabia Investments Holding’s net profits retreated to EGP 31.6 million from EGP 46.9 million in H1-18, including minority shareholders’ rights.
