Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Filling & Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (Fipco) recommended, in a meeting held today, the distribution of cash dividends for the fiscal year 2015 at SAR 11.5 million, or SAR 1 per share (10% of stock par value).
Shareholders of record till the close of trading on the general meeting date will be entitled to receive the cash dividends.
