Kuwait – Mubasher: First Investment has informed a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia to pay additional zakat dues worth SAR 22.75 million ($6 million or KWD 1.8 million).
The subsidiary has started the procedures of appealing against the mentioned dues, according to a recent bourse statement.
The Kuwaiti firm clarified that no financial impact will be registered until the result of the appeal is announced.
