Dubai – Mubasher: The First Investor group, a subsidiary of Al Fardan Group, has bought Warwick Hotel, now called the Carlton Downtown, in Dubai, according to a statement.
The purchase of the hotel has increased its hospitality portfolio to nine hotels. In addition, Carlton Downtown is the third hotel to be operated by Carlton Hotel Management, a brand owned by The First Investor.
The 47-storey tower features 357 rooms (275 suites and 82 rooms).
The First Investor has total investments of over AED 2.2 billion in various hotel projects.
