Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Creek Harbour, the six square kilometres development by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, is ready to welcome its first residents in early 2019, according to a company statement released on Monday.
The new residents will receive their units in Creek Island Dubai, a unique waterfront destination in Dubai Creek Harbour planned to house over 33,500 people.
The first units to be handed over in Creek Island Dubai are in Dubai Creek Residences, which is a six-tower residential development comprises 872 homes, Emaar revealed.
“All six towers feature incredible panoramas over Dubai Creek Harbour and Downtown Dubai on the opposite side of the wondrous Dubai Creek. Nearly 90% of the construction has been completed for hand-over in the first quarter of 2019,” the Dubai-listed developer noted.
Other projects in Creek Island Dubai are still underway including Creekside 18, which incorporates 500 apartments and is slated for completion in the first six months of 2020, Emaar said.
“Dubai Creek Harbour will also feature world-class hotels, green parks and gardens, several cultural attractions, glistening canals, lush parklands, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, city bus routes and the two Dubai Metro links adding to the connectivity to the Dubai Creek District,” it added.
