Riyadh – Mubasher: Fitaihi Holding Group’s board recommended on Thursday to not distribute dividends for 2016.
The company said that the decision aims to support the financial position of the company and preserve liquidity.
The board’s decision will be presented to the next general assembly, after obtaining the necessary official approvals, according to a bourse filing.
Fitaihi recorded net losses after zakat of SAR 3.97 million in 2016 against SAR 42.37 million profits after zakat in 2015.
