Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Fitaihi Holding Group approved not to distribute dividends for 2016.
The meeting also agreed on amending the company’s bylaws to be in line with the New Companies Law.
Moreover, the EGM nodded to the board's report for 2016, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Fitaihi recorded net losses after zakat of SAR 3.97 million in 2016 against SAR 42.37 million in profits after zakat in 2015.
